Virgin Atlantic selects Aminah Sagoe, Nigerian-born skincare owner of Emmaus Beauty as Business Person on the Rise

Virgin Atlantic highlights fast-rising small businesses in their latest campaign called "Businesses On The Rise." Nigerian-born founder and Beauty Entrepreneur, Aminah Sagoe owns a New York based Skincare Company called Emmaus Beauty (http://emmausbeauty.com/) and has been selected from 600,000 Virgin Atlantic US Flying Club members as one of the premium business people on the rise.

Aminah Sagoe announced the launch of her Skincare range to the Nigerian market with a series of activities which kicked off with a press conference held on Tuesday March 10th, 2015 where she unveiled her luxury Skincare line to distinguished members of the Nigerian press, then proceeded to host family, business moguls, socialites, editors, and fashion and beauty insiders on the 15th of March to an exclusive VIP launch party.

Following the launch, the products became so popular that everyone wanted to resonate with it and celebrities and socialites have been buzzing about it. Moments host and Desperate House Wives Africa star Michelle Dede was unveiled as the face and brand ambassador for the brand.
After a few hiccups and being told by her formulator that Mrs Sagoe was being ambitious, Emmaus (UhMay-Us) was born!

Virgin Atlantic selected Emmaus because it has been identified as a company with potential, and because the products also care for the environment through the use of Plant Stem Cells.

Emmaus Beauty is a natural skincare line that utilizes plant stem cell technology (PSCT) to provide soothing help and relief for those with skin disorders such as Eczema, Psoriasis, body acne, ingrown hairs, uneven complexions, Keratosis Pilaris (also known as "chicken skin") and other skin conditions. Keep in mind, the scientific method behind Emmaus beauty is a more efficient extraction method than the norm, killing fewer plants, yet creating more products with natural essentials. Emmaus Beauty goes beyond the average organic or natural skin care creation process.
600,000 Virgin Atlantic US Flying Club members were invited to apply for features in the Virgin Atlantic campaign called "Businesses on the Rise".

2 businesses were selected, Sagoe's Nigerian-owned business, Emmaus Beauty, being one of the featured businesses.

The feature started running on billboards at Fulton Street between Broadway & Nassau Street in New York City on October 26th, and is also included in the current Virgin Atlantic Newsletter https://flyingclubhub.virgin-atlantic.com/offers/use-our-business-grow-yours.

A video campaign on Entrepreneur.com, Forbes.com, and virgin-atlantic.com are also currently running http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/us/en/the-virgin-experience/dedicated-space.html
Emmaus is currently sold at Medplus Pharmacies in Lagos and Ibadan, and B Natural Spa.
